REAL EXPERIENCE.
REAL TRANSFORMATION.
REAL RESULTS.

Every course in the Lean Horizons Academy curriculum was built on a single principle:
the people who actually ran the transformation should be the ones teaching it.

The Methodology

THE METHODOLOGY BEHIND
THE CURRICULUM

The Lean Horizons Academy curriculum is grounded in the Danaher Business System, infused with the Toyota Production System. The two most studied operational frameworks in modern manufacturing history.

The DBS was initially built on the shop floor, and it evolved into a total enterprise system. This curriculum was built by practitioners who studied directly under the original architects of the Toyota Production System.

The Guide

MEET KAIZEN KATHY

Kaizen Kathy is the instructional guide of the Lean Horizons Academy platform. She walks learners through each module, breaking down complex methodology into clear, actionable lessons that can be applied immediately on the floor.

Designed for learners at every level, from shop floor operators to senior leaders, Kaizen Kathy makes the curriculum accessible without sacrificing depth. Every lesson is built to be revisited on demand, as many times as needed.

The Outcome

We answer the questions others won't

Ordinary certification programs skip the hard parts. LHA is built by people who've lived them.

When you're not sure how Lean applies to your unique situation?

When the institutional knowledge leaves the company?

When the gains start to erode and nobody knows why?

You won’t find the answers to those questions in ordinary certification programs — you have to ask the people who have been there.

That’s what this curriculum delivers.

FAQs

QUESTIONS ABOUT
OUR COURSES

Clear answers to help you move forward with confidence.

What topics are covered in the curriculum?

The curriculum covers the full spectrum of Lean fundamentals. From Lean Boot Camp and Strategy Deployment to Standard Work, Cell Design, SMED, 5S, Poka-Yoke, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Lean Accounting. Every course is grounded in implementation experience. The full curriculum is reviewed during the demo.

Does the platform include assessments or testing?

Yes. Knowledge assessments are built into the curriculum, allowing organizations to verify comprehension and track progress. Administrators can access assessment results through the reporting dashboard.

Can employees go back and review specific modules?

Yes. Every employee can revisit any module at any time, privately and on demand. This is one of the most important features for organizations that want knowledge to stick rather than just be consumed once and forgotten. Employees can return to a specific section before a Kaizen event, after a process change, or any time they need a refresher.
