What is the minimum deployment size?
Please contact us for minimum license requirements. While we are an enterprise platform not structured for individual purchases or small teams, we will work with clients directly to identify how many licenses they will require. This ensures the right people are chosen without over-investment or waste.
Is pricing published on the website?
Not at this time. Final pricing is based on seat volume and subscription tier and is discussed directly through the demo process. Every deployment is scoped to the organization's specific needs before a proposal is provided.
Does this replace Lean Horizons Consulting?
No. Lean Horizons Academy is not a replacement for consulting. It is the entry point for organizations that want to build a Lean foundation before bringing in a consulting team — or the protection for organizations that have already invested in consulting and want to keep knowledge inside the organization after the consulting engagement ends.
What happens after the license period ends?
Licenses can be renewed or allowed to expire at the end of their annual term. License renewals are handled through the same direct conversation process. Organizations that want to expand seat count, add languages, or continue access can easily renew annually.
How quickly can a team be onboarded?
Once the license agreement is in place, your team can be activated and learning within a matter of days. There is no physical setup, no travel coordination, and no scheduling dependency. The platform is on-demand from the moment access is granted.
